If Premium Membership service HAS NOT been used (i.e. no videos requiring Premium Membership have been viewed), customer may request a refund within three days of the date of subscription purchase. If Premium Membership service HAS been used (i.e. videos requiring Premium Membership HAVE been viewed), customer may request a refund within 24 hours of the date of subscription purchase.
In case of Premium Membership subscription renewals, customer may request a refund for the amount of the most recent installment charged, so long as the refund request is made within three days of the date of renewal in the case of Premium Membership service not having been used, or within 24 hours of the date of renewal in the case of Premium Membership service having been used.
Refunds will not be granted for previous installments of Premium Membership for periods which have already been completed, except in cases where the past billing is determined to have been made by an error on the part of JrockTV.com.
