Is it free to watch videos on J-Rock TV?
There are two types of videos on J-Rock TV: music videos and concert videos. It is completely free to view all of the music videos on J-Rock TV, but you must purchase a Premium Membership subscription in order to view concert videos. With a Premium Membership subscription you gain unlimited access to all of the concert videos and music videos on J-Rock TV for a low monthly fee.

What is Premium Membership?
Premium Membership allows you unlimited access to all videos on J-Rock TV, including concert videos and music videos, for a low monthly fee. Without Premium Membership, you can watch all of the music videos on J-Rock TV free of charge, but you will not be able to view concert videos. Premium Membership is required in order to view concert videos. You may cancel your Premium Membership subscription easily at any time from the "My Account" page, so there is no obligation. How do I cancel my Premium Membership subscription?
You may cancel your Premium Membership subscription easily at any time by going to the "My Account" page, and then clicking the "Click here to cancel Premium Membership Subscription" link. Please note that this will only cancel your Premium Membership subscription, so you will no longer be billed, but your J-Rock TV account itself will remain in-tact.

 How do I terminate my J-Rock TV account?
To terminate your J-Rock TV account, go to the "My Account" page, then click the "Account Termination" button at the bottom of the page. This will completely and permanently delete your J-Rock TV account, and will also automatically cancel your Premium Membership subscription if you have one.

 How can I change my J-Rock TV username?
To change your J-Rock TV username, first ensure that you are logged in, then go to the "My Account" page, and from there you will be able to change your username.

 How can I change my J-Rock TV password?
To change your J-Rock TV password, first ensure that you are logged in, then go to the "My Account" page, and from there you will be able to change your password.
